This should've gone out of print the month it was released. Most of the names here are still very active and at the time this line-up was extraordinarily significant for both this label, ambient/electronic/post-rock/isolationist music and the future labels represented by these artists. These tracks and artists are without a doubt still relevant in 2022. Don't continue to sleep on this just because its a decade+ old. Anthony Childs

The music is emotive, thoughtful, and refreshingly simple in its honesty. The print is an artful addition to a professionally-produced sleeve. Overall, a beautiful recording presented in a polished package. Scott

During the final days of writing my thesis I listened to this album on repeat for hours at a time. It was like being suspended in one eternal moment while all that changed around me were the ripples and eddies of a slowly meandering river. catharina_bee
